In this two day immersion experience, I want to invite you into a preview of AA+E, my spiritual coaching certification by taking you through an experience with the chakras.

In day one we will, work through the lower three chakras // learning how to embody safety, pleasure + power.

In day two we will, expand into the heart space and open the portals of the throat, third eye, crown and activate our eight chakra to highest consciousness.
