What is AlchemyFlow?

Alchemy Flow is a guided dance & embodiment practice designed to activate the alchemic codes of your body & womb.

It is designed to support you in anchoring into your power, using the 5 pillars of somatic experiencing: breathe, sound, touch, movement and gentle awareness.

Using the body as the alchemical conduit of transformation — we’re able to access spaces that the mind can’t see. Movement and dance is the medicine of the divine feminine and co-creating the life you desire. 

The body goes first. The body heals. The body alchemizes and then the body shows the mind what is possible. 

When the hips begin to open and move freely, we open the portals for the primordial Shakti (feminine energy) to unleash herself within us. This creates an opportunity for us to access the quantum, the body and states of pure potentiality.

Meaning we use the body as the conduit of manifesting. 

Everything stuck moves out.

Every false limiting belief & expired narrative leaves the body.

The trauma, the heaviness.. 

it all dissolves.

And we’re left with a feeling light, being anchored and rooted back into the center of the womb & the heart: the manifesting portals of our feminine power.

Each class is vastly different with a specific theme to tune into.
