Hi, I’m Lauren, a wife, mother, and Christian teacher devoted to helping women return to God, reorder their homes, and restore what’s been broken in their hearts, marriages, and identities.
I was raised in the Church and went to Catholic school, but like many women searching for healing, I drifted into New Age practices. What promised empowerment left me spiritually fragmented. Returning to Christ rebuilt everything—my faith, my marriage, my motherhood, and my sense of identity. This is the path I now walk women through.
My work is not about performance or perfection.
It’s about becoming the woman God designed you to be—steady, softened, rooted, and led by the Holy Spirit.
I guide women through the real places where faith meets everyday life: anxiety, marriage challenges, motherhood fatigue, and the body’s untold stories—helping them hear God clearly and respond with courage.
My approach is simple, biblical, and deeply human.
Through private discipleship and embodied spiritual formation, I help women release what’s heavy, rebuild what’s been wounded, and create a life God can dwell in.
This is not theory for me.
I have lived it.
I’ve walked through trauma, striving, disconnection, and seasons where everything felt uncertain. I’ve rebuilt my relationship with God, my home, my marriage, and my identity from the ground up.
This isn’t work I teach.
It’s the life I embody.
