Business + Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION

Lauren Megan Coaching is hiring for the position of Business + Operations Manager.

 

Lauren is  an embodiment + leadership coach for women. She provides 1:1 coaching, courses + in person experiences for her clients. Lauren is also the host of a podcast -- The Lauren Megan Show. 

 

She is looking for someone who is creative + self motivated.  This person needs to be someone who is self motivated, able to keep the back end of Lauren's business organized + streamlined. Willing to work with her + the team on projects, launches and brand vision.

 

This person would need to be positive + genuine + motivated who loves this type of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

>> email campaigns for launches

>> client relations // processing payments // coordinating the schedule

>> uploading content to Kajabi

>> Website design 

>> Podcast production

>> PR 

>> Systems Strategist

WHO YOU ARE

You are very good at communicating, open to feedback + are self-motivated.

Ideally you are interested in spirituality, healing, transformative, and growth-oriented. Your work really matters to you.

You are able to take Lauren’s vision + do the work to bring it into reality. 

You have no desire to be a coach yourself. 

You are ready to commit to at least a year in this position

If you know human design you’re ideally a generator 

 

HOURS

25-40 Hours / Month with Room to Grow

 

The hours are flexible with the general expectation that messages will be responded to within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday and each week your work will be completed. 

 

START DATE

December // January  

 

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

This means you are proficient vel with

>> Kajabi Management (emails // uploading // offers // automations // etc) 

>> Website Management + Landing Page Editing

>> Podcast Production

>> Graphics Creation 

>> Some Social Media Management

>> PR (outreach for podcast and media opportunities) 

>> Must be will to travel in March for Retreat

BONUS SKILLS:

These are skills/tools that it would be a huge bonus if you’re proficient in but if not, we will to teach you how to use them. You must be willing to learn these:

>> Content Creation with graphics +  audio 

>> Pinterest Marketing

>> Event Planning  

>> Copy Writing
